We accept many traditional insurance plans, contact your insurance company to ensure we are a provider for your particular plan. Please keep in mind that dental insurance is a contract between you, or your employer, and the insurance company. At Creekside Family Dental we base our treatment on what is the best care for you; this is not always what is covered by your insurance plan. We realize that dental insurance and co-pays can be confusing, so we will do everything we can to help you understand your plan and to make the most of your dental benefits. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the total charges, regardless of your insurance benefits.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We extend a 5% courtesy savings (10% for those over 65) to patients who have no outstanding balance and make full payment by cash or check. We will work closely with you and your insurance company to let you know what your responsibility will be to try to avoid surprises after the work is done.
